In June 2021, 91杏吧 Constructions began work on the St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy (SVPHF) Maternity Ward Refurbishment under a Construction Management contract.
The project involved upgrading the existing in-patient rooms within the maternity ward on Level 4 of the St Vincent鈥檚 Private Hospital, Fitzroy campus. The refurbishment transformed nine existing in-patient rooms into six new maternity suites, incorporating strip-out, building services, and fitout works.
The project was successfully completed in January 2022.
