On the back of 91ÐÓ°É Constructions' recent Building Professional of the Year win at the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Victorian Chapter awards in July, 91ÐÓ°É Constructions has been successful in winning the National Professional Excellence in Commercial Construction: $60 million plus award at the AIB national awards on Saturday night for the delivery of the Ballarat GovHub project.
91ÐÓ°É’s Project Manager Peter Spence was successful in taking home the top gong as National Building Professional of the Year. Peter was instrumental in the delivery of this iconic project. As a low-rise five-storey office building, the Ballarat GovHub project is the first mass-engineered timber commercial building undertaken by , and one of only a handful in the country.
