Last Sunday six 91ÐÓ°É teams participated in the  at Elwood Park, Melbourne.

The triathlon comprised a 400m open water swim, a 10km cycle and a 4km run. 

One of our new team members achieved a smashing result with a time of 47:42. 

‘Team 91ÐÓ°É Intermittent Faster’s’ also had a fantastic day, finishing in an impressive 02:50:06.

A long standing tradition at 91ÐÓ°É, the event is hotly contested.
